Marktser-e
Actually is very important, that the design should give alternatives for everybody. The age, culture or the capabilities of the possible users should not exclude them.
Marktser-e takes in account possible users with physical limitations, wich need a whel chair. This product manages the sales cycle of supermarkets and self-service stations; i.e. registration, payment and delivery of products. Marktser-e offers solutions for clients and also for operators/employees.
With this aim, a deep analyse of the different requirement has been done.
In this design proposal the dimensions, accessories placement and spaces among the elements are result from a detailed study of ergonomic and anthropometric requirements, it was based on percentile tables and simulators with a 1:1 scale.

Finding of the jury:
Although it can be risky to propose a new formal languaje for traditional products, this concept was positive accepted due to its special focus. Marktser takes in account the determining of use and includes requirements of possible users with physical limitations, for example people on wheel chairs. The design proposal offer the required space in order to bring to the users and operators on wheel chairs an optimal operative interface. Marktser is developed on base a vast research, however the realised analyse regarding to the ergonomic aspects is not totally reflected in the final proposed design. The semiotic aspect could be worked deeper.
